  This is Sarah Butler from ‘I spit on your grave 3: Vengeance is Mine’.
  The only reason the scene abruptly stops, is because she gets saved by a cop. You need to watch the first movie released in 2010 for a non-interrupted scene.

  This is from the third movie, not the second one, but this is from the uncut/director’s cut version. It’s available on TUBI TV. The first one is by far the best.
